  5. Parent's name
  6. Parent's phone number

Step 2
We schedule a trial lesson for you.
We would like to see if he/she fits class, and also we would like you to check if he/she likes our program before registering.

Step 3
Email us the completed registration form.

Step 4
Make a payment by check.
